フレンチトースト

昨日焼いた失敗バゲットでフレンチトーストを作ってみた。

材料は、卵、牛乳、砂糖、生クリーム、バニラオイル、バター。

バットに全ての材料を合わせてよく混ぜたものを流し、バゲットを食べやすい大きさに切って
浸す。1時間ぐらい経つと、パンが水分を吸ってバットには液体が消えている。

フライパンにバターを溶かし弱火でじっくり両面を焼いていく。
美味しそうな焼き色がついたら完成。

粉砂糖をふって出来上がり。


甘さは、ハチミツやメープルを加えたり、あるいは低甘味調味料でヘルシーに、お好みでどうぞ～☆
